Solar Business Park at I-435 and Truman Road was first developed for SISCO Equipment with a 16,500 square foot industrial build-to-suit. Dean Realty Co. acquired the adjoining 105 acres in 1999. The aboveground portion of the bi-level property is entitled Solar Woods and is available for distribution facility build-to-suit development.
Solar Stone is the below-ground level of Solar Business Park. Approximately 107 acres is available for development.
