Kelley Silvers - Property & Tenant Relations Manager

Kelley Silvers joined Dean Realty Co. in October of 2008 as the company's property and tenant relations manager. This position was created to oversee management of the Realty company's facilities department and monitor the office, flex and industrial properties within the company's 2.3 million square foot portfolio. Kelley is additionally responsible for development of systems, processes and communications that result in long-term, mutually successful relationships between the company and its 150 business tenants.

Kelley is well versed in property management, having served as property manager for LS Commercial Real Estate for over 13 years. Her duties there included monitoring properties and tenants within a seven (7) million square foot portfolio comprised of industrial and retail projects, as well as development land and underground space in the Kansas City market. Kelley has worked with impressive national credit companies, such as Kmart, Hobby Lobby, Office Depot and Blockbuster Video. She is further knowledgeable in the management of subterranean real estate, having managed Carefree Industrial Park, a four (4) million square foot underground complex located in Independence/Sugar Creek, Missouri. Prior to her stint with LS Commercial, Kelley gained additional real estate experience with Kessinger-Hunter and Van Enterprises.

Kelley is a graduate of the University of Kansas, where she majored in psychology. She has held both Kansas and Missouri real estate licenses since 1986, and is working toward completion of the requirements towards obtaining a distinctive CPM (Certified Property Manager) designation.

In her free time, Kelley enjoys attending sporting events with her husband and son, as well as spending time with family and friends.
