Leonard "Lenny" Witthar II - Field Services Group Bolting Machine Operator

Lenny Witthar joined Dean Realty Co. in 2006 as a member of the field services group. Lenny is familiar with operation of the heavy equipment associated with rock bolting procedures, serving as head of the company's rock bolting crew for the Downtown Underground. He brings a great deal of valuable expertise to Dean Realty Co.

Lenny previously worked as a laborer for L&M Rock Bolting for five years. There he gained significant knowledge related to the science of rock bolting and honed his skills as a professional in the trade. Lenny also brings painting skills to the group, having experience as a motel painter prior to his position at L&M. For nine years Lenny served in an assistant foreman position for MODOT (Missouri Department of Transportation). Prior to his position there, Lenny owned and operated his own full service gas station that included auto service, repair and towing. His military service includes six years in the National Guard.

In his spare time, Lenny enjoys being outdoors fishing and hunting on his own acreage in Polo, Missouri.
