Tammy Lechner - Property & Tenant Relations Coordinator

Tammy Lechner joined Dean Realty Co. in August of 2009 as the company's property & tenant relations coordinator. In this role, Tammy is responsible for assisting both the property management and Field Services Group departments. Tammy is the group's organizer, helping coordinate the many requests for service with individual technicians, maintaining spreadsheets and schedules, assisting the facilities supervisor with correspondence, as well as developing forms and materials that support established systems, such as contractor services. She is additionally responsible for the company's formal program of following up with tenants to ensure they were satisfied with the services provided by Field Services Group personnel and contractors.

Prior to Dean Realty Co., Tammy spent nine years as administrative and marketing assistant to the investment division of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker Commercial Real Estate Company. She prepared all of their investment offering packages, listing presentations, website maintenance and maintained their REA investor database. Previous stints include serving as medical transcriptionist for the Jackson County Head and Neck Group in Independence, Missouri.

Tammy is experienced in residential sales, having received her Missouri Real Estate Salesperson's License in 2003. Past memberships include the Kansas City Regional Association of Realtors.

She attended Blue River Community College as well as classes at the Career Education Center. She is adept in all Microsoft Office products, as well as Adobe products InDesign and Photoshop.

In her spare time, Tammy enjoys baking, riding the motorcycle with her husband, fishing and travel. She has three children and three grandchildren.
